The Flow Times page allows you to perform a detailed review of the issues returned by your query. It provides insight on all of the items used to calculate the flow metrics displayed in Delivery Flow. You’ll find Time in Status details for each item, and you can sort the data using the column headers. This feature is extremely useful for understanding whether a poor system result is due to a small number of items or if it’s a more systemic issue.
You can filter the data by Issue Type or Flow Status. When you visit the Flow Times page, the Flow Status filter defaults to ‘Completed’ which is the most relevant value. However, you can adjust it to ‘In Flow’, ‘Not in Flow’, ‘Outliers’, or ‘All’. Additionally, if you need to investigate a specific result, you can open each issue to explore its details in Jira.
