As defined in Flow Metrics Now, prior to executing a query, it is critical that a user selects an appropriate workflow map from user settings. If your query returns an issue with a status that is not referenced within the Workflow Map, it will not be able to interpret the meaning of the status.
In such cases, when executing a query, Delivery Flow will notify you of encountering one or more issues with status values that are not defined in the current flow map. Please refer to the screenshot below for an illustrative example.
When faced with this situation, the user has several options:
Navigate to user settings on the Delivery Flow Query Bar and choose a suitable Flow Map.
Adjust the query to only display issues with a status included in the current flow map.
Reach out to the application administrator and ask to ensure that all pertinent Jira statuses are encompassed by the flow map.
For further information regarding the unmapped statuses, please refer to the Calculations file accessible through the download button on the Delivery Flow Query Bar. In cases where Delivery Flow comes across an issue with an unmapped status, it will be disregarded and excluded from the calculation.
