A Workflow Map helps Delivery Flow interpret your Jira workflows so that it can perform calculations and generate meaningful Flow Metrics using the data in your Jira projects. A map defines a sequence of work lanes or steps, assigns Jira statuses to each lane, and identifies if a lane is a working lane or a waiting lane. You can also specify where work begins and ends in the workflow.
