Add some intro text
Issues Processed: Number of Jira issues returned by the query entered.
Issues Completed: Number of issues within the query that have made their way through the process to the end state. Remember, the process and end state are defined by the Workflow map selected by the user in user settings.
Avg Cycle Time: The average time for a completed issue to make its way from the start lane to the end lane defined in the workflow map.
Flow Efficiency: For all completed issues, how much time was spent in a work lane expressed as a percentage of overall time taken to complete the issues. This result is dependent upon the work lane definition within the workflow map being used by the user.
Time in Flow Table: This table shows how much time was spent in each lane in the defined process. This is expressed as a percentage of overall time taken. Only completed items are included in these calculations.
Throughput Graph: This graph shows the number of items completed per week.
Work in Progress Graph: This graph shows the number of items in flow per week. In flow means that an item has entered the process. It is in the start lane or beyond, but has not reached the finish line (end lane) yet. If this state is true at any point during a week, it will contribute to the “in flow” metric for that week.
Average Cycle Time Graph: This is the average time spent in flow for all issues completed in any particular week. That is, on average, how long did it take for them to go through the process.
