Query Editor: Input the Jira Query Language (JQL) to specify the data to be retrieved from Jira and processed by Delivery Flow. Once you have entered a valid JQL query, you can initiate the search by clicking on the search button located on the right side of the editor, or simply press the enter key on your keyboard.

Favorite Filters: This feature offers a dropdown menu that includes all filters designated as "favorite" by the user in Jira. Choosing an option from the dropdown will automatically populate the Query editor with the JQL of the selected filter. Additionally, there is a "Manage Favorite Filters" option in the dropdown menu, allowing users to include or exclude specific queries in the dropdown menu, especially when dealing with a large number of filters.

Download Options: This feature offers the capability to download a CSV file containing the time data for all the issues included in the query. Additionally, it provides an option to download a CSV file containing the results of all the flow calculations executed by Delivery Flow. Users have the flexibility to download either one or both files.

User settings: This button will display a dialog with various setting options. Primarily, users can select the flow map they intend to use and specify the number of days for retrospective flow calculations. This selection will determine the timeframe applied to all graphs generated for the user.

Once you input valid JQL and press enter, Delivery Flow will fetch the data from Jira and execute the necessary flow calculations. Upon completion, the results will be displayed on the Flow Overview Page, as detailed in the following page.
