Flow History Page

The Flow History page presents the status history of each issue retrieved by your query. Specifically, upon selecting a particular date on the Flow History Page, Delivery Flow will emphasize the following for that date:

• The total number of issues in flow.

• The percentage of issues in a working lane and a waiting lane.

• The number of issues in each lane at the end of the day.

• The specifics of each issue in each lane.

• The age, measured in days, of each issue in each lane.

The Flow History page showcases the historical state of your delivery system. If you have waiting lanes defined, it serves as a powerful tool to make this form of waste highly visible. By selecting the current date, the Flow History page will also present the current state of your delivery system in relation to the issues captured in your query.
