Each step should correspond to one or more Jira statuses. To evaluate flow efficiency accurately, it is crucial to differentiate between steps that denote active work and those that signify waiting periods. Additionally, it is necessary to specify the initial step marking the commencement of the work to be assessed and the final step indicating the completion of the task.
Navigate to the following options in Jira's top menu:

Subsequently, access the following section in the Left Side Bar:
